Welcome to RetroVibeCo!

By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions. Think of them as our friendly way of making sure everyone has a smooth and groovy experience.

2. Ordering & Payment:

  • We're stoked you're digging our products! However, please note that sometimes items might become unavailable faster than a disco beat fades out.
  • All prices are in US Dollars what you see is what you pay.
  • To keep things cool and efficient, payment is required upfront using your favorite credit card or PayPal.


3. Delivery:

  • We partner with awesome printing and delivery experts to get your order to you safely. Delivery times can vary depending on where you are, but we'll give you an estimated timeline at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are also calculated at checkout, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
  • While we can't control everything (think rogue kangaroos!), we'll do our best to ensure your order arrives smoothly. However, please understand that RetroVibeCo isn't responsible for any delays caused by our delivery partners.


4. Returns & Refunds:

We hope you love your RetroVibeCo gear! But hey, mistakes happen. If your item is faulty or damaged, shoot us a message along with photos of the fault or damage within 14 days of receiving it. We'll do our best to fix things up.

  • Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind. Sorry!
  • If your item qualifies for a return, we'll issue a refund once we've checked it out.  Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


5. Cancellations:

  • Once your order's confirmed and payment's processed, it's like a classic record spinning - we can't rewind it. So, unfortunately, cancellations aren't possible at that stage.


6. Respecting the Vibe:

  • All the cool designs, logos, and content you see on our site are like our personal soundtrack - they belong to RetroVibeCo. Please don't copy or reproduce them without our permission. We appreciate the respect!


7. Privacy Matters:

  • We value your privacy, just like a classic record collection. Any information you share with us when ordering will only be used to fulfill your order and stay in touch about groovy stuff.


8. Aussie Law is Our Groove:

  • These terms and conditions are like the rhythm section of our business - they follow Australian law. Any disagreements will be handled according to Aussie legal beats.


9. Keeping it Fresh:

  • We might occasionally update these terms and conditions, just like we update our playlists. We'll always post the latest version here, so you can stay in the groove.
