We hope you love your RetroVibeCo gear! But hey, mistakes happen. If your item is faulty or damaged, shoot us a message along with photos of the fault or damage within 14 days of receiving it. We'll do our best to fix things up.

- Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we generally can't accept returns for change of mind. Sorry!
- If your item qualifies for a return, we'll issue a refund once we've checked it out. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
